Mivv, Winning DNA
For a leading company in the production of exhaust systems, it is essential to have racing DNA, carrying with it the experience gained on circuits all over the world. Only in this way is it possible to guarantee a level of top performance even on products intended for road users.
For more than 40 years, we at Mivv have been writing the soundtrack of the most successful motorcycles.
And, since the very beginning of this adventure, one of the cornerstones of our philosophy has been our involvement in the racing world.
For a company that aims to achieve levels of excellence in a field like ours, a commitment to the racing world is essential.
Only in this way, by testing and developing products under the most demanding conditions, can the skills and experience needed to create products capable of delivering the very best even in everyday riding conditions be acquired.

The results were quick to reward this vision.
The most prestigious was undoubtedly the MotoGP title, won in 2006 with Hayden,
but the one we are most proud of is the appreciation and trust of thousands of motorcyclists who, every year, choose a Mivv exhaust to improve the performance of their motorcycle.
Mivv in MotoGP
Our presence in the premier class of motorcycle racing reached its peak with Team Honda Repsol, with which we maintained a partnership from 2006 to 2010. During these years, in the riders’ standings, the team brought home the championship won by Nicky Hayden, along with two second places and two third places thanks to the outstanding Dani Pedrosa. During our collaboration, Hayden was also replaced by Dovizioso, and between 2006 and 2007 the RC211V bikes were retired and replaced by the new RC212V.

Mivv in Moto2
Mivv has also been technically involved in Moto2 since its inception. The new class made its debut in 2010, replacing the 250 class, which had been superseded by the removal of the displacement limit and by rules designed to reduce the financial commitment required from teams. All bikes are fitted with an engine supplied by Honda, derived from the CBR 600 RR.
Over the course of several seasons, Mivv has signed partnerships with WTR Team, Sag Team, Speed Up Team, Italtrans Team, and Stop and Go Racing Team.
Mivv in Moto3
The newly created World Championship category replaced the old 125 class starting from 2012. New regulations, new bike characteristics and specific requirements to comply with in order to reduce the costs of the category. Mivv is also involved in this category and, in 2019, launched a new racing exhaust whose aesthetics and technology are very close to those developed for the teams competing in the World Championship: the MK3 model!
